Cuvée Brut Terre Blanche

This Blanc de Blancs plot cuvée is made from Chardonnay from the 2018 harvest with 20% reserve wine aged in barrels.

Champagne with fine bubbles and  

the creamy effervescence revealing a melted and complex nose, slightly lemony and vanilla.

The palate is mineral, with notes  

of dried apricots and pear with a saline finish.  

For a refreshing aperitif or  

accompaniement  of your dishes based on fish and shellfish (grilled squid or toasted scallops).
